We are aware of this and have already in place Hysteria 2.0 for this exact scenario. More servers are being rolled out and we aim to make official update tomorrow.
You can already use Hysteria 2.0,...
Don't get your hopes up too much for hysteria2, http/3 is extremely unstable in Russia.
For now hysteria at least working and its beta now, i think we need to wait for updates from team and use what works for now
