There is RSS for each Hub category:

Updates https://hub.xeovo.com/channels/updates/posts.rss
In the Hub rss I can see only your beginning post, not users' posts. Is it normal? (from my RSS reader)
RSS has only updates for new channel topics. Comments are not included. Let's stay on topic.
