AmneziaWG is partially blocked if you are connecting from Russia. You can see the service availability at the bottom of the status page https://status.xeovo.com/
Servers are working normally and there is nothing to restore. It's either DNS filtering (might help if you change your DNS provider on your OS) or IP's are simply blocked. We don't rotate/change too often IP's on VPN infrastructure, so you have to switch to Stealth Proxies that was designed to intended to bypass blocks.
