Russia whitelist bypass idea.

Hello, Xeovo Team.

I came across a potential method for bypassing whitelist-based restrictions in Russia that does not require servers located within Russia.

The project works by initiating a voice call through the VK messenger and leveraging VK’s TURN servers, which remain accessible under whitelists. According to user reports, achievable throughput ranges between 10 and 25 Mbit/s.

At its current stage, the project is a proof of concept and operates exclusively as a terminal-based application. Production-ready solution would likely require development of a dedicated client application.

We have seen this before and it's cool that people found out about this method. However, if this becomes popular or commercialized it will be blocked/throttled very quickly. Implementing separate standalone application for this does not make much sense.

Best we can do is perhaps to make step-by-step video for less technical people to use this method with our WireGuard server, but I am not sure if average person will/want manage to setup it even with video tutorial.

I am changing the status to this proposal to "Rejected" for now.
