We rejected this in general. This method "might" work, but with very big caveat. It's one thing to deploy this for yourself and couple of people and totally different story if you deploy this for thousands for mass use.

Providers will likely notice the abnormal load on their DNS infrastructure and apply rate limiting.

There will be no solution to bypass whitelists for mass. You have to self-host and adapt to the changes to bypass whitelists. The only reliable way to bypass is too keep it low and under radar. Anything that draws too much attention will be detected and blocked quickly.
