Amnezia updated Windows client to 2.0.0 version (it's a pre-release) with support for awg 1.5 parameters and awg 2.0 deps, so I tried awg 1.5 parameters, but it didn't work, while on Android these parameters work just fine. Can someone test the Windows client and share the results, please?
P.S. There is a beta of AmneziaWG for Android with AWG 2.0 support if anyone is interested.
