I suggest changing the voting system, since at the moment there is simply no one to vote.
Under user requests, you write that you will leave the topic open for someone to vote, I may be wrong, but I would not be surprised if less than 5% of users visited the hub. And even less voted, probably can be counted on the fingers of one hand)
In my opinion, the problem is that people either get to your hub by accident and immediately leave because there is no activity, or when there are problems. And most likely they write about problems directly to support, and not here.
I think that it would be possible to write suggestions in the telegram channel and put reactions there. Let's say receive messages from users through a bot and then publish them. Well, and then look at the reactions under the posts.
P.S. Maybe you don't need this and neither do users, because everything works for everyone and everyone is happy with everything, which is undoubtedly a huge plus. And only crazy people like me want some kind of innovations. Maybe I just want changes for the sake of changes.

Hi,
Thanks for the suggestion. At the moment, we’re focusing on gathering feedback from our active subscribers, who actually use our service.
We do receive feedback via tickets and emails as well, but we’d like to encourage more activity on the Hub and build our own community here, instead of relying on 3rd party.
