- I have recently connected to a WIFI network that did not allow me to use neither any stealth proxy protocol or AmneziaWG (I tried multiple regions, with V2RayN on Windows).
- I later attempted to connect from my home wifi in the same way, and all protocols worked (and I didn't change any app settings).
- I am not aware what kind of solution the place has for blocking VPN traffic. (the country and ISPs do not block VPNs.)
- I am providing the log from V2RayN (VMess), maybe that can help: (basically "forcibly closed by the remote host" and "failed to verify certificate")

Did you try connect to the free public WiFi?
It is a password protected network, but intended for use by many people, if that helps. The xeovo.com website is not blocked, weird.
Try WireGuard/AmneziaWG with different ports such as 80, 53 and 443.
I have tried AmneziaWG with all port options (51000, 53, 80 443), none of them worked, very weird. It does send the tunnel connected notification, but no websites load at all (all default settings - no dns change.) None of the stealth proxy protocols work, is there anything else I could try?
Most likely, there’s nothing else to do. Seems like this WiFi network has very restrictive firewall rules.
