Yes, we support IPv6 on all VPN servers expect Finland at the moment.
Stealth Proxies is 50/50 depending on location, but it's a different infrastructure/approach.

Which location did you use?
I'm using an Albanian server, but the issue occurs similarly on other servers as well.
