The good news is that 75 percent of that amount will be stolen immediately, so 954 - 75% = 238.5 Tbit/s. And I think they're a little off on the timeframe, too.
But the trend is certainly bad, and unfortunately, not just in Russia. Eh, leave me a corner of the world where there's a gray area. Good old-fashioned paperwork. Cash only. Normal food without insect flour, carcinogenic dyes, and other crap.
Maybe someone reading this forum knows where in the world there's a remaining island of stability? I'd be happy to go there. Uruguay still seems like a good place to live normally. And southern Europe, at a stretch, but not for long.
