Originally we wanted to reject this (more on this down below), but we could do small testing and create one server for free to all users in Telegram. Won't hurt much and we will see how well it actual...
Thanks for being open to testing MTProto. I think it would be very helpful, and I'm really looking forward to trying it out!
have you tried the alternative Telegram app turrit? it has accelerators built in for this purpose/
